Yoga gives us tools to relieve stress, to improve health and to just plain enjoy life more. Yoga is neither a religion nor a science, though it has both spiritual and experimental elements.
Yoga Sadhana classes focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, fitting yoga to your individual needs and building awareness of how your breath, body and mind are interconnected.
People new to yoga may find our classes challenging. Experienced students have described Yoga Sadhana classes as, "a combination of a workout and a massage" and one person commented that she had been lifting weights her whole life, "and finally I'm getting strong!"
